Prices and payment:
Riks Copenhagen accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and MobilePay or via bank transfer by invoice. If you want an invoice and pay via Bank transfer, please contact riks@rikscopenhagen.com
All amounts are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and shown in your chosen currency and include local taxes and fees.
We draw your payment, when we ship your order. The delivery time varies according to the size of your piece.
Delivery:
We currently deliver to the following countries, where the following terms apply: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Britain, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, France, Spain.
The delivery price varies according to location and the size of the piece. The delivery price are informed at check-out.
Delivery time smaller pieces:
smaller pieces are sent via traditional shipping methods, within 7 days from placing your order. Delivery specifications follow the order confirmation.
You will receive information about your shipment from the carrier service before delivery.
Delivery time larger pieces:
The delivery time of larger pieces varies depending on when the purchase is made. All larger pieces are delivered by external freight company. The specific time of delivery is received no later than 24 hours before, by the freight company.
The date of delivery is the next coming of the following dates and will also be on your order confirmation:

Conditions:
When you buy a piece via. Rikscopenhagen.com there is not per placing the order, entered a binding legal agreement between you and Riks ApS. The legally binding agreement only comes into force when you subsequently receive an order confirmation with an order number and shipment information.
Riks ApS reserves the right to cancel an order agreement in case the specific item has been sold by other channels, before rikscopenhagen.com has been updated. Furthermore, we reserve the rights to cancel your order, in case your chosen delivery destination, cannot be met.
In case you regret your purchase:
It may happen that we regret a purchase and if this is the case, please contact us by email at riks@rikscopenhagen.com within the first 14 days after your work has been delivered. After this, we will agree on pick-up/returning within a further 14 days. Cost of returning a piece is for you as buyer to cover.
Returning custom orders:
the purchase cannot be canceled, as the work is made specifically for you, which is why it is important that a commissioned work is thoroughly considered before ordering.
Of course, we don't want anyone to ever be stuck with a piece they don't want. In such a case we can make an exchange for another piece. Here, delivery costs associated with the exchange are covered by the buyer.
In the event of a complaint:
In general, no pieces with faults or defects are sold. Since all works are handmade and individually assessed before sale, there are no prerequisites that we have not stopped the sale of defective works. However, it is important to remember that as we sell handmade works of art, made in materials that have many different purposes and dimensions, the works will vary in surface, expression, etc.
In the case of complaints, where the development of the materials over time changes the work to such an extent, that it no longer fulfills the intended function:
Riks APS provides, after the two-year guarantee we are obliged to, an expanded guarantee), for this type of complaint. This means that if your work deteriorates to such an extent that it can no longer be enjoyed, and this is not self-inflicted due to non-compliance with the instructions that were received when the purchase agreement was concluded and are available and located under BEFORE U BUY, then you can at any time have it exchanged for a similar work, or by agreement a completely different piece.
