Unless specified otherwise in the product description, the surface is Epoxy Resin, which is why you should pay attention to the following:
1. Epoxy Resin is an organic material that I work with under artistic freedom, so irregularities in the surfaces will be on all pieces, this is part of the intended expression. Because just as none of us humans are perfect, our reflection never will be either.
2. I try to show colors and surfaces as realistically as possible in pictures. Here, light plays a big role and no matter how much effort I make to utilize the natural light and use studio lamps, the colors can still variate in different lights in reality.
AFTER UR PURCHASE:
1. Your mirror will look beautiful indefinitely if you hang it in a place where it does NOT get direct sunlight. Although I use UV-resistant resin, you risk the colors fading or yellowing over time if the work hangs in direct sunlight.
2. When cleaning, simply use a dry cloth. If necessary, use water and a little dish soap, but wipe afterwards with a dry cloth.
3. All mirrors are (unless otherwise specified in the product text) made to hang on the wall. They are supplied with a wire on the back which depending on the size, requires 1 or 2 screws with plugs to hang. Riks Copenhagen is not responsible for incorrect fastening to the wall.
